Flights Cancelled: Big news! These flights were canceled including Indigo, Air India, some are giving refunds, some are re-scheduled

New Delhi. The G20 summit is being held in the national capital on 9 and 10 September. Due to which many airlines have canceled flights. This includes Indigo, Air India and Vistara. Passengers are being given the facility to refund, re-schedule and change the destination. Airline Indigo said on Wednesday that passengers have been informed about the cancellation of flights at the Delhi airport in view of the G20 summit.

According to a statement issued by IndiGo, in view of the G20 Summit 2023 to be held in New Delhi, IndiGo is offering a one-time discount for passengers traveling from Delhi from 8 to 11 September 2023.

Indigo is giving money back

The company said that customers are being given the option of rescheduling or canceling flights along with withdrawing the money. Passengers have been informed in advance about the flight cancellation and change in schedule. It did not give information about the number of flights that are expected to be affected.

Air India gave this offer

Air India has written on its social media platforms that passengers holding confirmed tickets to fly from Delhi during 7 to 11 September 2023 are being offered a discount on applicable charges. This discount will be available only to those passengers who want to change their date of travel or their flight. In case the passenger wants to change the date or flight of his flight, he will have to pay only the difference in fare for the rescheduled flight. This will also happen if there is some difference in fare. If there is no difference in fare then no fee will be charged.

Know what facilities Vistara is providing

Looking at the G20 event along with Air India, Vistara has canceled and rescheduled its flights. Vistara has made changes in its flights arriving and departing from Delhi between 8 September and 11 September. Giving relief to passengers, Vistara is allowing refund or rescheduling of booked tickets.
