Bank of Baroda has told customers that after increasing 10 basis points on FDs of less than Rs 2 crore for more than 1 year and less than 3 years, the bank is now offering 5.35 percent interest rate.


Bank of Baroda has given a big gift to its customers. The bank has made a big change in the interest rates of its fixed deposit scheme. Now customers will get the benefit of this higher interest rate on getting FD of Bank of Baroda. The bank has increased the interest rates on FDs of less than 2 crores. According to the new interest rates, now customers will get 2.80 to 5.35 rate of interest on FD of 7 days to 10 years FD. These new interest rates have also been implemented from 22 March 2022.

10 basis point increase

Bank of Baroda has told its customers that after an increase of 10 basis points on FDs of less than Rs 2 crore for more than 1 year and less than 3 years, the bank now offers 5.35 percent interest rate Has been doing. Earlier the bank was offering 5.25 percent interest rate for this period. After the increase of 10 basis points, customers will get better returns on FD.

Bank of Baroda Rate of interest on FDs less than 2 crore –

>> 7 to 14 days FD – 2.8 percent
>> 15 to 45 days FD – 2.8 percent
>> from 46 to 90 days – 3.7 percent
>> from 91 to 180 days – 3.7 percent
>> from 181 Up to 270 days -4.3 percent
>> 271 to less than 1 year -4.4 percent
>> 1 year – 5 percent
>> 1 year to 400 days -5.2 percent
>> 400 days to 2 years -5.2 percent
>> 2 years to 3 years -5.2 percent
>> over 3 years Up to 5 years – 5.35 percent
>> From 5 years to 10 years – 5.35 percent

Bank of Baroda Senior Citizen’s rate of interest on FDs less than 2 crores –

>> 7 to 14 days FD – 3.3 percent
>> 15 to 45 days FD – 3.3 percent
>> 46 to 90 days – 4.2 percent
>> 91 to 180 days – 4.2 Percentage
>> 181 to 270 days-4.8 percent
>> 271 to less than 1 year-4.9 percent
>> 1 year-5.5 percent
>> 1 year to 400 days-5.7 percent
>> 400 days to 2 years-5.7 percent
>> 2 years to 3 years-5.7 percent
>> 3 years to 5 years -6 percent
>> 5 years to 10 years-5.35 percent

Let us tell you that in the last few days, the country’s largest private sector bank ICICI has also increased by 5 to 10 basis points on FD of Rs 2 to 5 crore, giving a gift to the customers.
