Who is eligible for e-nomination
According to EPFO, a member can declare any member of his family as his nominee. If he does not have a family, then he is free to nominate any other person. But, if there is a family, the nomination will be canceled if someone else is nominated.
How to do e-nomination
- Go to the official site of EPFO and login. Here you have to enter UAN, Password and Captcha code.
- After login, you will get the option of View in the tab. Click here to go to the profile and upload your photo and all the details and if there is any mistake then get it rectified.
- Then go to manage and go to the link e-nomination and enter the name of your nominee. Here you will be asked if you have a family. If you select the option of yes, then you will be asked family details. Here the picture of the nominee will also have to be uploaded.
- If you want to enter the name of more than one member, then upload the name and details of the members by clicking on the Add New button and then click on Save Family Details.
