New Delhi : If PF is deducted while doing government or non-government job in your family, then your luck is very good. A few days ago, the central government had announced to give 8.1 percent interest to PF employees, after which another good news has come to the fore.

EPFO, which deducts PF, is now going to transfer the interest money to the account by the last date of June. The interest money will be transferred to the accounts of more than 6 crore employees. No such announcement has been made officially by the EPFO yet, but some media reports are making such a claim.

According to a government report, this decision was taken in the meeting of the Central Board of Trustees of EPFO. In fact, to secure the post-retirement life of the employees, the Government had formed the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization. Under this, it is mandatory for all the onroll employees to have a PF account. A certain part of the salary is deposited in this account. The company also deposits the same amount in the same account. On which interest is fixed every year by the government. When the employee retires or leaves the job, he can withdraw all the money from the PF account.
