New Delhi. If you are employed and have a Provident Fund ie PF account, then there is important news for you. Actually, the Employee Provident Fund Organization or EPFO has made it mandatory for all PF account holders to add a nominee.
A provident fund individual to every job that PF ( PF ) account is must. Every month some rupees are deposited in it. Currently, EPF ( Employee Provident Fund Orgnaisation ) the holders of Elder has announced the relief that now accounts ( Account Holders can make) also go online and your nominee an after December 31, 2021.

This exercise of EPFO is to provide security to the dependents of PF account holders. If something untoward happens to the PF account holders, then the nominee gets benefits like insurance and pension. Recently EPFO had said, “EPFO subscribers should avail the facility of e-nomination for social security of their family. File your e-nomination to avail provident fund, pension and insurance services online. It is extremely important for the subscriber to file his nomination to take care of his wife, children and parents and to protect them through online PF, pension and insurance.”

PF account holders can also do the work of adding a nominee online. EPFO provides this facility that PF account holders can add the name of more than one nominee. Apart from this, the tax account holders can also decide the share to be received by the nominee.
Process of e-nomination
>> First of all open the official website of EPFO.
>> Now you have to log in through UAN and Password.
>> Go to manage section and click on link e-nomination.
>> Now fill the name of the nominee and other details.
>> To add more than one nominee, click on Add New Button.
>> After this the process is completed as soon as you click on Save Family Details.
