Earlier, the demand of the employees was put forward in the meeting by the Joint Employees Federation, Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam.

From 2009 to 2018, the salary of Class III and IV employees has been fixed at Rs 16000 and Rs 14000, while from 2019 to 2022, the salary of Class III employees has been agreed at Rs 12500 and for Class IV employees, the salary has been agreed at Rs 10500.
In such a situation, there will be an increase of up to Rs 6000 in the salary of the employees. Soon it will be placed in the board of directors meeting.
