Employees HRMS Module: Important orders have been issued by the department to provide important facilities to the employees. Its benefits will be given to the employees under the order issued by the ministry and the department. At the same time, they will get the benefit of this in their transfer, appointment, leave and promotion including their salary increase. Let’s know the complete details about it.


Major preparations have been made by the Ministry and Department for the convenience of the employees. Under this, the employees will be given the benefit of leave along with their promotion and transfer, appointment along with increment in salary. Along with this, retired employees also get important facilities.

HRMS Model Launch

In fact, new orders have been issued by the Ministry of Railways. Under the issued order, the HRMS model has been launched for the newly appointed employees. Employees have been advised to release their system information on HRMS at the earliest, for which onboarding has been started from 3 February 2023.

Rules set

It is informed vide order issued by Ministry of Railways that in a step towards complete digitization of all service related aspects of Indian Railway employees, a new module has been launched in HRMS on 03.02.2023 for on-boarding of new employees Which includes the following procedures.

  • The RRB / RRC notification details will be updated by the concerned entity, wherever applicable.
  • Mandatory details related to new joinee are to be updated by the concerned unit, and HRMS ID is to be generated.
  • Other personal details will be updated by the Joinee through his/her HRMS user account.
  • Issuance of office orders by the concerned unit.
  • Entry of appointment date by the concerned entity, update of employee master and automated e-SR for the employee.
  • Automatic transmission of employee data to IPAS
