Employees New Year Gift: The government has given many benefits to the central employees this year. Under the same, now the state governments are also giving salary, allowances and facilities to their employees.


Recently, the Himachal Pradesh government of the country has announced a new pay scale for its employees under the Sixth Pay Commission. An official spokesperson of the government has given this information. The state government has announced that the contractual employees will now be regularized in two years.

It is worth noting that till now the contract employees are regularized in three years. While addressing the Joint Coordination Committee of Himachal Pradesh Non-Gazetted Employees Federation on Saturday, Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur announced new pay scales for the state government employees. This will be applicable from 1 January 2016. According to the information, the salary of January, 2022 will be payable in February, 2022 according to the revised pay scale.

Government is spending 43 percent of the budget


CM Thakur informed that the state government is spending about 43 percent of its total budget on employees and pensioners, but the facilities of the employees are being increased further. The government is implementing the 6th Pay Commission and this will increase the budget of the government to 50 percent. Where did the CM say that the government has prepared a plan to give benefits to the pensioners and revised pension and other pension benefits will be given from January 1, 2016.

Central government will give such benefit

According to the news, the central government can also give benefits to the employees at the beginning of the new year. According to the information, the house rent allowance is expected to be increased. If this happens then the salary of central employees will also increase. The demand for increasing the HR of employees on behalf of Indian Railway Technical Supervisor Association and National Federation of Railwaymen is also being considered.
