Additional Deputy Commissioner, Rewari, Ashiyan Sangwan told that people should definitely take advantage of this scheme. Through this scheme, such institutions which have a surcharge of more than one MW, will be included in this scheme. In order to promote energy conservation, large industrial and commercial institutions in which the consumer of load more than one MW will be honored by giving certificates and shields by the Haryana Government as an award.
Who will be eligible for the prize money
Additional Deputy Commissioner, Rewari, Ashiya Sangwan said that the registered MSME Industrial Institute connected load ranges from 100 kilowatts to one MW. Such consumers will be given a reward of up to Rs 2 lakh as first prize money. Similarly, in government buildings and offices whose connecting load is from 30 kilowatts to 500 kilowatts, they will be given prize money of up to one lakh rupees. Apart from this, if a particular person has done a remarkable work of new research and development in the field of energy conservation, then he will also be given a prize money of up to Rs 2 lakh.

Applications are being invited for the last year 2020-21. Anyone who wants to participate in this program in an individual, institute or industrial unit, they can all apply by filling their nomination in Room No. 205 of the Additional Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Rewari by 23 December 2021. Save electricity and get a reward of up to two lakh rupees, the government has implemented a scheme to give an energy conservation reward of up to 2 lakh rupees for government, non-government and industrial and commercial institutions to reduce the consumption of electricity.
