1. First of all, by clicking on the button below, you have to go to the website of the Ministry of Labor and Employment, Government of India, e-Shram Portal .

3. Now you have to enter your mobile number and click on Send OTP button, after that an OTP will come on the number, which you have to verify. As in the photo below.
4. Again you have to enter Aadhaar number and click on submit button, after that again an OTP will come on your mobile number, you have to verify it also.
5. As soon as you verify both the OTPs, you will be login to the e-shram portal and your dashboard will open.
6. Here you will get to see two options UPDATE PROFILE and DOWNLOAD UAN CARD. You have to click on the UPDATE PROFILE button.
7. Now all the information that you had filled while filling the form will be open in front of you. By clicking on the EDIT button in front of the information you want to make corrections, you have to correct the information and update it .
