Driving License rule: Center has issued new rules! Now there is no need for driving test to get driving license, know the details quickly here

Driving License rule: Now you do not need to go to the Regional Transport Office (RTO) and wait in long lines to get a driving license. The rules for getting a driving license have been greatly simplified by the Central Government.

Now there is no need for driving test. According to the changes made in the conditions required for getting a driving license, now you will not need to go to RTO and give any kind of driving test. The Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has announced these guidelines and they are effective now. This is a matter of great relief.

According to the information given by the Ministry of Driving School and Training , now you will not need to wait for the test in RTO to get a driving license. Now you can register for license from any reputed driving training institute. If applicants pass the required tests, they will receive a certificate from the school. On the basis of this certificate the applicant’s driving license will be issued.

Driving trainers should keep in mind that

a minimum of one acre of land should be available for training facilities for two-wheelers, three-wheelers and light motor vehicles, while two acres of land will be required for centers for medium and heavy passenger goods vehicles or trailers.

Trainers should have at least 12th class diploma, at least five years of driving experience and good understanding of traffic rules.

A maximum time of 4 weeks and 29 hours has been given to run the course on light motor vehicles.

For 21 hours, people will have to learn basic roads, rural roads, highways, city roads, parking, reversing and driving up and down hills, among other things. Apart from this, in 8 hours, it will include topics like what should be kept in mind while traffic on the roads and traffic related information, understanding the causes of accidents, first aid and petrol and diesel while driving.
