Driving License & RC New Rule: No need to go to RTO office for DL, RC, permit, everything will be available online in Delhi; Know the details

Delhi Govt Faceless transport Services: With the help of faceless transport services, now e-learning license will be available sitting at home.

People living in the capital Delhi will no longer need to stand in long queues at the RTO office for documents like Driving License (DL), Registration Certificate (RC), Permit. Now you will get all RTO related services sitting at home. Helpline number 1076 has been issued by the government, on which information related to online services can be taken. All documents related to RTO office can now be accessed from RTO website (www.transport.delhi.gov.in). Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is starting faceless transport services from August 11.

Changes in RTO Services
In the faceless transport services of the Delhi government, now we will get the work done from getting the DL made to renewal done sitting at home. E-learning license can be generated by giving test from home. This can be done with the help of faceless recognition technology. The Delhi government has termed the Faceless Services of Transport Department as a gift of 75th anniversary of independence. The Transport Department has issued rules and regulations regarding this.


These transport services will be available online

The services will come under the faceless system of Transport Department of Delhi Government, Driving License Renewal, Duplicate License, Change of Address, DL Replacement, Transfer of Ownership, Duplicate RC, Change of Address, NOC, Road Tax Collection, Retention of Goods Vehicle. This includes Fresh Permit, Duplicate Permit, Transfer of Permit, Surrender of Permit, Trade Certificate, Renewal of TC.

E-learning license for the first time in the country
With the help of faceless transport services, e-learning license will now be available sitting at home. For this, you can give online test at home, office or educational institution. On passing the test, the learning license will be generated immediately. NIC has prepared face recognition software for this. The state government says that this is the first service of its kind in the country.
