New Delhi. To make door Banking Services.Banking services easier, Finance Minsiter Nirmala Sitharaman launched door step banking service. The finance minister has given a great facility to the customers of public sector banks with the introduction of doorstep banking service of public sector banks. With the introduction of this service, banking services would now reach your home. The government had launched the service under the Inhansaid Express and service clearance reforms, which was introduced by the Financial Service Department in 2018.



What is Doorstep Banking Service
The Dorstep banking service for public sector banks was launched by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Wednesday. After this new service, customers of government banks will now be able to avail banking services at their home. Whether you have to deposit money in a bank account or get money, whether it is your job or any other banking service, you will be able to serve the banks with the help of the dorstep service sitting at home. However, you have to charge for the dorstep service.

Banks to deliver service to customers in this way
For the dorstep service, banks have placed a common service provider who will provide service to the banks by connecting customers. Earlier, the service was ready to be launched for senior citizens and PWDs, but in view of the corona infection, it has been started for the common citizens. You will need to provide information by calling banks ‘ web portal, mobile app or call centre for doorstep service.



Dorstep banking service to start from when
The finance minister inaugurated the service on Wednesday. The service will start from next month. You can deposit and remove cash in your home-sitting bank account by paying a mamulla charge. There are cheques, demand drafts, pay orders pick and drop.
