Apart from this, a separate lane will be made for electric vehicles on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.

The first phase of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway has been inaugurated by PM Modi on 12 February. Along with this, preparations have started to make a separate lane for electric vehicles. Charging Stations for Electric Vehicles in Alwar

Abhijeet Sinha, project director of the National Highway Authority of India, told that the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway will be made electric vehicle friendly. So that these vehicles do not face much problem while traveling, as well as a charging point has been made near Alwar and their number will be increased in future.

Two electric buses will also be run on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, which will go from Rajiv Chowk in Delhi to Dausa in Rajasthan. The special thing is that internet, food items and newspapers will be available in these buses. Apart from this, massage and spa facilities will also be available.

Taste of traditional food will be available in every state

On the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, a stoppage has been given every 50 kilometers in the middle of the 247 kilometer long journey from Dausa to Delhi, where the facility of rest room will be available. According to NHAI officials, due to the longer length of this expressway, better arrangements have been made for the passengers to stay here.

Delhi Mumbai Expressway will pass through Rajasthan, MP, Maharashtra and other states. During this, local catering arrangements will be available at rest stations along the expressway. All the rest stations between Delhi and Dausa have been designed on the traditional theme of Rajasthan and Haryana.
