PM Modi will inaugurate the first phase of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway on 12 February. It will be from Sohna in Haryana to Dausa in Rajasthan. With this, the journey from Delhi to Jaipur will be completed in just 2 hours.

Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari shared pictures of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway on Twitter. Seeing these pictures, users started praising his work in the field of road transport.

Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari said that an 8-lane access-controlled greenfield expressway will be built between Delhi and Mumbai with alignment optimization to reduce travel time from 24 hours to 12 hours

In addition, Nitin Gadkari pointed out that the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway would be the “world’s fastest-growing expressway” and would provide connectivity to 93 National Master Plans, eight Multi-Modal Logistics Parks (MMLPs), greenfield airports (Jewar and Navi Mumbai) .
