Register your mobile number by 31st October

Bank of India (BOI) has given important information to the customers by tweeting. The bank said in a tweet, Important information for the attention of respected customers of BOI. Dear Customer, As per regulatory guidelines, valid mobile number is mandatory to avail debit card services. You are requested to please visit your branch and update/register your mobile number before 31.10.2023 to avoid closure of debit card services.

If you are a customer of BOI and are using the debit card of the bank, then without any delay go to the branch and register or update your mobile number. Otherwise you will not be able to use your debit card.

Update the number by visiting the bank branch

If you are not able to change the mobile number registered in the bank online or through ATM, then you can do this work by going directly to the branch. For this, you will have to go to the bank branch and fill the change form to change the mobile number. Fill the information asked in it. Along with this, photocopy of passbook and Aadhar card will also be submitted. After filling the form, your registered mobile number will change.
