If you are also planning to buy your home in Delhi then this news will make you happy. Yes, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is planning to launch the next housing scheme before Diwali. In this, 3,000 premium properties will be selected. According to sources, the prepremium properties will include Super HIG (Higher Income Class), HIG, MIG and EWS flats in various locations of the national capital like Dwarka, Lok Nayak Puram, Vasant Kunj.
Many premium properties will be included
It is being claimed in media reports that there will be higher property premium. For example, the penthouses and Super HIG units under construction in Sector 19B of Dwarka will also be part of this scheme. MIG and EWS flats are also under construction in Sector-14 Dwarka. This time flat scheme will also be offered in Lok Nayak Puram.
DDA’s 40,000 unsold flats:
In fact, in the month of August, DDA hired the services of a real estate consultant to prepare a strategy to improve flat sales. This has been done to seek advice regarding about 40,000 unsold flats of DDA. The consultant is expected to submit an interim report within a month. DDA usually takes three to four months to complete the application process, hold draws and allot flats after the launch of the scheme.
DDA has already taken several measures to increase the sale of flats. An important change also includes the removal of such a restriction, which earlier prevented owners of DDA flats or plots of more than 67 square meters in Delhi from participating in the new scheme.
DDA is also planning to analyze the price of private property in the area before finalizing the prices of flats. Vasant Kunj and Dwarka have already been developed with all the facilities. Higher prices are expected here.
