DA Hike: The Haryana government has announced a four percent increase in the dearness allowance (DA) of state government employees drawing salary under the Seventh Pay Commission.


According to the order issued on Thursday by the Finance Department of the Government of Haryana, the DA has been increased from the existing 38 percent to 42 percent on the basic pay.

Due to increase in DA, the salary of government employees also increases and they get increased money. Actually, now the DA has been increased by the Haryana government. The Finance Department of Haryana Government has also issued an order regarding this. According to the order issued by the department, DA has been increased from the existing 38 percent to 42 percent on the basic pay. This will be effective from January 1, 2023.

In another order, the Finance Department said that the State Government has also increased the Dearness Relief (DR) by four per cent, which is given to pensioners/family pensioners under the Seventh Pay Commission. It has been said in the order that DR has also been increased from 38 percent to 42 percent of the existing basic pension/family pension. This will also be applicable from January 1, 2023.
