The government has increased the dearness allowance (DA Hike) for roadways employees by up to 10 percent. After this increase, now the dearness allowance of these employees has increased to 38%. After this announcement of the government, about 12000 employees have expressed happiness.
The decision to increase the dearness allowance of these employees has come after the long-running protest. Roadways employees were demanding increase in dearness allowance for a long time. This decision of the government will directly benefit 12 thousand employees (Employees of UP). Now the salary of these employees will increase (Employees Salary Hike). Let us tell you that earlier these employees were given 28 percent dearness allowance.
How much burden will it bear on UP government?

West Bengal also increased DA
Before the UP government, West Bengal had given the gift of increase in dearness allowance (DA Hike) to its employees. West Bengal government has increased DA for its employees by 4%. After this decision of the state government, now the dearness allowance of the employees has increased to 14 percent. Earlier, 10 percent dearness allowance was being given to the employees.
Central employees will also get gifts
It is expected that the Central Government can announce an increase in dearness allowance for the employees at any time. The government can increase dearness allowance by 4 percent. If the government increases DA by 4 percent, the total DA of the employees will become 50 percent.
