New Delhi, ANI. Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Madhu Koda, who has been convicted in the corruption case, is yet to contest the election. The Delhi High Court has given a severe blow to Madhu Koda on Friday. The court rejected the demand to stay the order of conviction in the coal block allocation case.
The High Court held that it would not be appropriate to allow the appellant to contest elections for any public post until it was finalized.
