CMN Yogi suddenly arrives in Gorakhpur, says – delay in treatment of corona infected person can not tolerate Gorakhpur News

Gorakhpur, JNN.  Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who reached Gorakhpur on Friday evening after two months, inquired about the updated status of the health services as well as the development projects of the district in view of the corona as soon as he reached Gorakhnath temple. In the meeting held with district administration and health department officials, they discussed each point in detail.



Investigation arrangements will be further enriched
The Chief Minister cautioned the officers that there should be no delay in getting Corona infected patient to get treatment. This is not going to be tolerated. It was also assured that the investigation will be further enriched. He informed that a large number of thermal scanners and pulse measuring machines have been made available by the government. If necessary, more machines will be provided. The Chief Minister laid emphasis on health check-up of people coming from outside by trains and buses.
Emphasis placed on betterment of catering and sleeping arrangements in quarantine centers

He said that in every case, the health test of all should be ensured at the station itself. If any person is suspected of infection, he should be immediately rushed to the quarantine center and sent for sample examination. In order to ensure that no person has problems of catering and sleeping in the quarantine center, he gave strict instructions to the officers of the administration and health department.



Increase ventilator and oxygen arrangements
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath asked the Principal and Chief Medical Officer of BRD Medical College to increase the provision of ventilators and oxygen in their hospitals. Emphasizing the promotion of emergency service in private hospitals too, the Chief Minister said that the safety of all paramedical staff, including doctors and nurses, should be taken care of. The sick and elderly should be closely monitored for corona infection.
