New Delhi. The central government has tweeted and asked to be careful with such messages and e-mails. Let us tell you that many fake lottery scams are being run in the name of Government of India. These fraudsters are luring people in their trap by sending messages of being lucky winners and taking money out of their accounts. If you have also received lottery related messages, emails or calls, then be careful.

Let us tell you that PIB Fact Check, the official Twitter handle of the Government of India, has asked to beware of lottery scams like this.

Beware of such fake lottery related messages, calls and emails, these are financial fraud attempts by thugs. Watch this #PIBFacTree and save yourself from being duped. If you get a phone call/email/message from fraudsters to win any such lottery, then get alerted immediately.




PIB gave this advice to the people

#PIBFactCheck said that do not share your personal information, bank details etc. with anyone. Delete spam or unwanted mail immediately. It has also been said that if you fall in the trap of any fake news, you may have to face financial loss instead of profit.
