Central Bank of India has extended its festive offer till 31 March. This includes Griha Lakshmi Yojana and Cent Business Scheme.


New Delhi. There is a relief news for the customers taking loans from government banks. Central Bank of India has extended the period of low interest on loan, exemption in processing charges and other attractive offers. This government bank has extended its festive offer for the next 3 months i.e. till 31st March. Earlier this offer was till 31 December 2023.

Vivek Kumar, General Manager (Retail Assets), Central Bank of India, said that the bank is offering low interest rates, waiver of ‘processing’ fees and other facilities to the customers during this period. At the same time, Cent Griha Lakshmi Yojana and Cent Business Scheme are offering the lowest interest rates in the entire industry, starting from 8.35 percent.

Bank held meeting with builders

Last week, the bank also held a meeting with leading real estate developers of Delhi-NCR. About 150 direct sales agents and 50 famous builders of the area participated in it. He also said that interest rates on most products are at their peak and there is no possibility of further increase.

Terms and Conditions of Cent Griha Lakshmi Yojana

  • In this scheme, the woman should be the sole borrower or the first nominated borrower.
  • The rate of interest in this scheme will be from 8.35% to 9.25% depending on the CIC score.
  • Processing charge, 0.50% of the loan amount subject to a maximum of Rs. Rs.20,000/+ subject to GST (Fully waived till 31.03.2024)
  • API integration fee Rs. 81+GST will be charged for the new offer. At the same time, documentation charge of Rs 1350 per proposal along with GST will be taken.
