CBSE 10-12th Term-1 Exam 2021: Roll numbers will be released on this day, know exam guidelines

CBSE 10th-12th Term-1 Exam 2021: The 10th Term-1 exam will be conducted by CBSE from 17th November 2021, while the 12th Term-1 exam will start from 16th November 2021.



New Delhi: CBSE 10th-12th Term-1 Exam 2021: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued the necessary guidelines for class 10th and 12th term-1 exam. It was told by the board that the roll numbers of the students for the exam will be uploaded by November 9, 2021. Candidates will be able to check their roll number and other information through the official website of CBSE.

Exams to start from 11.30 The exam will be of total 90 minutes. Keeping in mind the cold, the exam will start at 11.30, not 10.30. You will get 20 minutes instead of 15 to read the question paper before the exam.

The exams will run for so many days. 

From this academic session, CBSE has offered 114 subjects for class 12th and 75 subjects for class 10th. CBSE will take 45-50 days to conduct the exams for all these subjects. Keeping in mind the time, CBSE will conduct the examination of all the subjects in all the affiliated schools located in the country and abroad by disseminating the time table. The examinations of main subjects will be taken in a regular manner, while keeping in mind the time of the students, the examination of many subjects will also be conducted group wise by the board.

These are the major subjects (CBSE Main Subjects)

Class 10th: Hindi Course A, Maths Standard, Home Science, Hindi Course B, Science, Social Science, English Language and Literature, Maths Basic, Computer Applications.

Class 12th: History, Hindi Elective, Political Science, Geography, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Physical Education, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Informative Practice (New), Computer Science, English Core, Hindi core.


Keep these guidelines in mind

  • The answers of the objective type test will be filled on the OMR sheet.
  • The OMR sheets of all the subjects will be sent by CBSE to the examination centers through online mode.
  • The information of the students will also be on the OMR sheet.
  • The invigilators will get the OMR sheet printed on A-4 size paper at the exam center.
  • A copy of the OMR sheet will also be sent to the schools for practice before the exam.
  • Separate papers will also be provided to the students for rough work during the exam.
