For company registration, one has to first apply and then submit the documents. After that the Certificate of Incorporation of the company is obtained. Then the remaining registration process related to sales and taxes has to be completed. For this, minimum capital of PKR 100,000 (~US$ 823) is mandatory. You can follow all this process only when you have a valid passport and visa to go to Pakistan.
