Ajwain is cultivated in Rabi season i.e. winter season. Excess heat is not good for its plant. There is less need of irrigation in celery cultivation. That’s why it is cultivated in Rabi season. The right time to sow it in India is between August to September. Celery seeds planted in plants require a temperature of up to 30 degrees to ripen.
