Bullet Train Route: The latest update on the country’s first high-speed train, the Bullet Train, has arrived. Railway staff have started receiving training to ensure its timely operation. This training is not available in India.

The latest update on the country’s first high-speed train, the Bullet Train, has come. Railway staff have started receiving training to ensure its timely operation. This training is not being given in India, but in Japan. Since only bullet trains made with Japanese technology will run in India, the training is being given there. The Railway Minister has announced the launch of the Bullet Train in 2027, and Indian Railways has started preparations for it.

Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said at an event that to ensure timely operation of the bullet train, special training is required for all the staff involved. This is because the bullet train is coming to India for the first time. Therefore, training is required for everyone from loco pilots to maintenance staff. For this purpose, training is being given sequentially in Japan, so as to ensure that there is no disruption in the operation of regular trains.

A look at the bullet train

The National High Speed ​​Rail Corporation is building India’s first high-speed rail line, which is 508 km long between Mumbai and Ahmedabad. 352 km of this route will pass through nine districts of Gujarat and three districts of Maharashtra. The total length of this project in Maharashtra is 156 km, out of which 4 km is in Nagar Haveli. Twelve stations are being built along this corridor. The maximum speed of the bullet train will be 320 km per hour and it is designed to reach a speed of 350 km per hour. The bullet train will travel from Mumbai to Ahmedabad in two hours.

Bullet train in Punjab

The central government has started a survey to run a bullet train from the national capital to Amritsar in Punjab. Land acquisition process will be done from 343 villages of Haryana and Punjab for the bullet train project. The central government is planning to run bullet trains on ten routes. Their feasibility report has been prepared. Now the survey has started on the Delhi-Amritsar route and talks have also started with farmers regarding land acquisition. After the completion of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train project, the bullet train will be run between Delhi-Amritsar.
