Chopper Crash: Group Captain Varun Singh, who was injured in the helicopter crash of the Indian Air Force, is also no more. After struggling for seven days, he died in a hospital in Bangalore. Varun was a victim of a helicopter accident along with General Bipin Rawat. An Air Force helicopter crashed near Coonoor in Tamil Nadu on December 8, killing Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat, his wife and 11 others. The Group Captain was the only survivor of the accident, while all others had died. Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) General Bipin Rawat, his wife Madhulika Rawat and 11 other army personnel were killed in this helicopter crash on Wednesday. On the other hand, Varun Singh was seriously injured.
