Big relief to UP government in 69000 teacher recruitment, court said – independent to continue the selection process

Lucknow, JNN. Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh has been given a big relief by the double bench of Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court in 69000 teacher recruitment case. The court has directed the government that it can continue the recruitment process in the order of June 9 of the Supreme Court. The bench has also issued a notice to the opposition candidates. He asked them to file their replies on the special appeal.



The double bench of Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court has given a big relief on the special appeal in the case of the recruitment of 69000 teachers of Basic Education Department in the state. The court directed the government to do the recruitment process in the order of May 21 and June 9 of the Supreme Court and said that it is free. Its state government has got a big relief. The Lucknow Bench of the High Court stayed the order of June 3 of the single bench, giving the order today on three special appeals of the government. That is, the government is now free to pursue the recruitment process for the remaining posts except the ban on about 37 thousand posts by the order of the Supreme Court on June 9.

A division bench of Justice PK Jaiswal and DK Singh today stayed the order of the single bench of June 3 in the case of 69,000 assistant basic teachers. The court said that the state government is free to continue the selection process keeping in mind the order of the Supreme Court of 21 June. The Supreme Court has withheld 37000 posts. The government is free to proceed to the selection process on the remaining posts. As the court raised serious questions on the recruitment examination, it went ashore. The government is going into verification. Recruitment can start as soon as it is relieved. The second relief will no longer be the evaluation of questions. The government has said that its side was not heard in the Supreme Court, so it will file an appeal in the Supreme Court and request the apex court to amend its order.
