Himachal Pradesh Pensioners Pension: There is good news for the pensioners of Himachal Pradesh. After the employees, the State Electricity Board has now issued a notification to give a new scale for the pensioners. About 30 thousand pensioners will get the benefit of this monthly amount of Rs 3 to 15 thousand. Pension will increase. The same will have to wait for arrears from January 2016 to April 2022, it will be paid later according to the rules set by the government.
The special thing is that along with the pensioners of the Electricity Board, the benefit of this decision of the Board will also be available to the family pensioners. Due to this, there will be an additional financial burden of 15 to 20 crores monthly on the electricity board. After the decision of the state government, the electricity board management took this decision in the meeting of the board of directors, after which its notification has been issued, instructions have been issued to give financial benefits to the pensioners.
All these pensioners will get the benefit of revised pension from January, 2016. Electricity Board all pension holders will start getting pension benefits from May, 2022 i.e. from this month. The pension which will come in the month of June, will have the revised benefits attached to it. Will have to wait for the same arrears now. The arrears from January 2016 to April 2022 will be decided after consultation with the state government.
