Railway News: It is proposed to install three unreserved or unreserved bogies in 38 trains. This will make it easier for the passengers to travel by sitting on the seats. By increasing the general class coaches, the railways will earn because the tickets will be sold more.

Railway News: Railway administration has taken a big step so that railway passengers can get confirmed tickets on Diwali-Chhath and travel is comfortable. The Railway Department has started the Unreserved Ticketing System (UTS) for passengers to cut long distance tickets. Before UTS, tickets were booked for short distance only, that too for unreserved category. Now the railways has started the service of UTS for the comfortable journey and confirmed tickets for the passengers even for long journeys.

The Ministry of Railways has given its green signal for long distance tickets from UTS. Along with this, the Ministry of Railways has sought proposals in this regard from different railway divisions of the country. In these proposals, it has been asked that how many coaches are to be unreserved in which trains. Tickets will be deducted from UTS according to the number of unreserved coaches and seats. In view of the rush in the festive season, the Railways has already started the work of increasing the additional coaches in the trains. In these coaches, the number of unreserved bogies to sleeper and AC coaches is being increased.

Railway Ministry’s proposal

The Ministry of Railways has told various railway divisions of the country that passengers have to give only confirmed tickets and the rules of Corona have to be fully followed. The system of waiting tickets in the train is currently closed and only those who have a confirmed ticket are entitled to travel. In view of this, Railways will have to increase additional coaches to give confirmed tickets. On Diwali (diwali special train) and Chhath (chhath special train) a large number of people are ready to go home but tickets are not available. To overcome this problem, permission has been given to deduct the ticket from UTS or UTS. Now the railway divisions have to decide on this.

Railways will also increase general coaches

Along with giving green signal to the UTS system for long distance train tickets, it has been proposed to increase the general bogie in many trains. According to a report, it is proposed to install three unreserved or unreserved bogies in 38 trains. This will make it easier for the passengers to travel by sitting on the seats. By increasing the general class coaches, the railways will earn because the tickets will be sold more. There is also a huge demand for tickets right now. People are eagerly asking for sleeper or general seat, those who cannot travel by AC or those who are not able to pay the fare for AC travel.

Long distance tickets will be available in these trains
