After the gift of 6th pay scale (6th Pay Commission) to the employees of Himachal Pradesh, now HRTC pensioners have got a big gift before Diwali. The Himachal government has given a gift of 19 percent DA and four percent IR to the pensioners. The same government has said that from next month, pensioners will be paid regular pension from next month.
According to media reports, the dispute of pensioners has been resolved recently in the meeting of State Road Transport Pensioners Welfare Organization (HRTC) chaired by Additional Chief Secretary Transport Jagdish Sharma. In the meeting of Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Transport and State Road Transport Pensioners Welfare Organization, the government decided to give 19 percent Dearness Allowance (DA HIKE) and 4 percent Interim Relief (RI) along with future pension to the pensioners. .
According to media reports, apart from this, it has been agreed to pay the medical bills of the pensioners in 2 equal installments within 3 months. It was also decided that now the pensioners would be paid the pension in the first week of every month. The same decision has been assured on the DA of 2015 next month.
