New Delhi: The Uttar Pradesh government is opening a box of gifts for the people of the state before the 2022 assembly elections. Now it is the turn of government employees and lawyers. Yogi government will give houses on subsidy to lakhs of government employees and lawyers under the new scheme. That too in just one rupee.

According to sources, the draft of these plans has been prepared in the meeting of high officials. After getting approval from the higher level, this proposal will be passed by the cabinet. The benefit of this scheme will be available only after the proposal is passed by the cabinet. So far, there is no system of giving houses on discount to Group C and D workers in the state. Due to this, Group-C, Group-D workers and such lawyers who do not have much income, they have to face difficulties in buying a house. Now these employees will get a lot of relief from these new schemes.

However, the home buyers will be given a discount on the condition that they will not be able to sell it for 10 years.

This will be the nodal department for the eligible.
The concerned department will be the nodal for giving houses to the eligible. Like justice for advocates and personnel department for group C and D personnel, nodal has been made. What will be the process of giving the house and how will it be done, it has been agreed in the initial round of talks. The eligibility criteria for this will be decided later.
