The company said that now the employees will have to work only 4 days a week and the remaining 3 days will be a holiday. Although the company has not made it permanent yet, but if the productivity of the employees increases even after having three days off in a week during 7 months, then this rule will be implemented forever.

The company told ‘Future of Work’
The company has said in its statement on this decision that this step will help the employees to balance work and personal life. After 3 days off, when employees return to work they will come with more energy and enthusiasm. This company with 200 employees has described this decision as ‘Future of Work’.




The atmosphere of both office and home will be pleasant
The company has also conducted an internal survey for this. In this survey, 80% percent of the employees have said to work more hours 4 days a week. With this, he will be able to enjoy his personal life in the long weekly holiday. After this announcement, a large number of employees of the company have also participated in different courses and activities.
