Paint made from cow’s milk-ghee, pastesite made from cow urine, cow dung lamps and cow dung. Yes, you read it right, paint made from cow dung. The same paint with which you paint your home, office or shop. Khadi India has brought paint made from cow dung. This paint will be launched in the market on Tuesday. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari will launch this paint. This paint is being launched as Khadi Prakritik Paint. This Vedic Paint has been named.




Paint made from cow dung will be sold with the help of Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC). This cow dung paint has been prepared by Kumarappa National Handmade Paper Institute (Kumarappa National Handmade Paper Institute), Jaipur unit of Khadi and Village Industries Commission. The special thing is that this paint has also been certified by BIS i.e. Bureau of Indian Standards. Paint made from cow dung is a major step towards increasing the income of farmers.

Antifungal, antibacterial, eco friendly paint

The Khadi and Village Industries Commission says that this paint made from cow dung is antifungal, antibacterial and eco-friendly. After painting on the wall it will dry in just four hours. You can also add color according to your need in this paint.

Khadi Prakritik Paint

Khadi Prakritik Paint will be available in two forms, distemper paint and plastic emulsion paint. It has been reported that heavy metals such as lead, mercury, chromium, arsenic, cadmium etc. have not been used in this paint. Currently, its packing has been prepared from 2 liters to 30 liters.

Income of Rs 30,000 (Gobar se Dhan)

The Khadi and Village Industries Commission says that this paint will give a boost to local manufacturers and create employment opportunities at the local level. This technique of paint will increase the use of cow dung. It will also play an important role in increasing the income of the Goshalas. With the construction of this paint, the farmer or goshala will earn about 30,000 rupees every year from an animal.
