The Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has given this information on its official Twitter handle. EPFO said that in the financial year 2020-21 so far, it has sent money to the accounts of 23.59 crore people at the rate of 8.50 percent interest.

Check PF balance through SMS


You can check your PF account balance through SMS. For this, EPFO ​​UAN LAN has to be sent to 7738299899 from your mobile number. LAN means language. If you want information in English, then instead of LAN, you have to write ENG. Similarly, HIN has to be written for Hindi. That is, if you want information in Hindi, then you have to message by writing EPFOHO UAN HIN.

PF money is also known by missed call

PF balance is also known through missed call. You can check your balance by giving a missed call on 011-22901406 from your registered mobile number. Just keep in mind that your UAN should be linked with PAN-Aadhaar.

Website will tell how much money in PF account

By visiting the official website of EPFO ​​www.epfindia.gov.in, how much money is in PF, it is known. You go to the portal through your UAN number and password. Here click on Download/View Passbook. The passbook will open in front of you. Balance will be shown in this.

Umang app also tells the balance of PF. Go to UMANG app and click on EPFO. By going here you have to click on Employee Centric Services. After this, click on View Passbook and enter UAN and Password.
