In such a situation, to help the farmers, the central government is giving subsidy on buying tractors. This subsidy is being given under ‘PM Kisan Tractor Yojana’. The Central Government provides subsidy (PM Kisan Tractor Yojana) to farmers to buy tractors. Under this, farmers can buy tractors of any company at half the price. The rest half of the money is given by the government as subsidy. Apart from this, many state governments also provide subsidy of 20 to 50% on tractors to the farmers at their own level.
