TCS work from home: Company has opened its office doors for all employees from 15th November

TCS work from home: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest IT service provider, has opened office doors for all its employees from 15 November. This step has come at a time when the number of corona infected patients is declining in the country. The number of active cases in the country is the lowest in 500 days. In such a situation, schools and colleges of many sectors have opened. The long time of working from home is coming to an end. TCS has asked its employees to come to the place where they are appointed from November 15.

According to the Economic Times, the company has said that before implementing the No 25/25 model, the employees will be asked to work at least initially where the employees are posted. The company has said in its statement that it will encourage its employees to work in the office, at least initially, before switching to the 25/25 model. It will be implemented in a phased manner and easily. It will depend on the respective team leader and their team project. The company has further said in its statement that we are committed to the 25/25 model. But before changing the model, we have to call people to the office and gradually implement the 25/25 model.

Let us tell you that the company has made preparations to work on the hybrid model. TCS had said that by the year 2025, only 2 percent of the total employees will work from home and the rest of the employees will work only after coming to the office. The company has said that till last week 5 percent of the company’s employees were working from office.

In October, TCS said that it would call its employees back to their office desks as about 70 per cent of them have been fully vaccinated and about 95 per cent have received a single dose of the vaccine. The company’s HR head Milind Lakkad said that the company is planning to call employees to the office by the end of the year.
