Walmart-owned e-commerce giant Flipkart on Wednesday said it is introducing a separate marketplace model ‘Flipkart Xtra’ to provide earning opportunities to individuals, service agencies and technicians. . The ‘Flipkart Extra’ app is available on the Google Play Store. Through this Flipkart will provide a simple and seamless experience to the interested individuals.
After background verification, individuals will be able to onboard themselves for various roles, a statement said. In which in the coming months, it will start with the delivery executive and later will include the service partner or technician. It said that the new platform will help strengthen the supply chain of Flipkart. With this, part time opportunities can be created.
Aiming to add 4,000 part-time associates by December 2021, the
