The weather has taken a turn in the last three-four days. The heat has increased throughout North India including Delhi. The Meteorological Department has forecast rain in some areas of Jammu and Kashmir and West Bengal today. On the other hand, the heat wave in Gujarat has increased the problem.

Mercury in Palam 41.2 degrees, wait for rain on
Tuesday, the temperature of Palam in Delhi reached 41.2 degrees. Aya Nagar recorded a temperature of 40.2 degrees. The winds also felt hot in these areas. According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature on Wednesday is 39 and the minimum is 23 degrees. On Thursday, the temperature can go up to 40 degrees. After that the western disturbance will give some relief from the heat and the temperature will start to decrease. Light rain is expected on April 19 and 20 in Delhi. Due to this, the maximum temperature can remain between 37 and 38 degrees.

Where rain, where will thunderstorm run?
According to the meteorological forecast, rain, snowfall and dust storms may occur at isolated places in the western Himalayan region (Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand) on 15 April. Whereas in West Bengal, Sikkim and Northeast India, till April 16, hailstorm may fall, rain and thunderstorm may occur.



Western Uttar Pradesh rain likely
in the next 24 hours may be cloudy Punjab, Haryana, Northern Rajasthan and Western Uttar Pradesh and light rain at isolated places.

On the other hand, heavy rain is expected in many places of West Bengal, Sikkim, East Bihar and Northeast India within the next 5-6 days from 15 April. Temperatures in Telangana and Karnataka can remain between 41-43 degrees for the next 3 days.

Warm winds are prevailing in Gujarat these days, which has increased people’s troubles. At present, 6 of the hottest 10 cities are from Gujarat. Mercury has reached as high as 40 degrees in



many states in
Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, coastal areas of Karnataka, coastal areas in Maharashtra and Odisha in many areas. Many areas of central India are vulnerable to heat stroke. Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and southern Rajasthan have also seen maximum temperatures reaching 40 degrees.
