Bank Holidays in November 2025: The festive season is almost over and the month of November is just around the corner. It is worth noting that next month, November 2025, there will be not just 2-4, but 11 bank holidays.

These holidays include public holidays as well as holidays on the second, fourth and Sunday. So, if you have any bank work to do this month, check out the list of bank holidays here in advance…

When will banks be closed in November?

According to the list of bank holidays released by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), banks will remain closed for 11 days in November. Five of these days are public holidays, while six days include holidays on the second, fourth and Sunday.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has divided holidays into three categories.

It is worth noting that some bank holidays are state-specific, while banks across the country remain closed on national holidays. The RBI has divided the holidays into three categories: Holiday under the Negotiable Instruments Act; Holiday under the Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) Holidays and Banks’ Account Closing Holidays.
