Bank branches in Bihar and Meghalaya will remain closed tomorrow, November 6th. In Meghalaya, the traditional Nongkrem Dance Festival, an important part of the state’s rich culture and traditions, will be celebrated on this day. In Bihar, banks will remain closed wherever voting takes place for the 2025 Bihar Assembly General Elections to allow employees to participate in the voting process.

Banks will remain closed on November 7 (Friday) on the occasion of Wangala Festival in Meghalaya.
Banking services will be closed across the country on Saturday, November 8th, being a second Saturday. Karnataka will also observe a bank holiday for Kanakadasa Jayanti.
Banks across the country will remain closed on November 9 (Sunday) due to weekly holiday.
Additionally, banks will be closed on all Sundays in November: November 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30, as well as the fourth Saturday, November 22.
