Bank FD Interest Rate Changed: Big news! Yes Bank has changed interest rates on FD, see what’s new rate now

Private sector bank Yes Bank has reduced interest rates on savings account by 0.75 percent to 5.25 percent.


Yes Bank Saving Account interest rate: Private sector bank Yes Bank has reduced the interest rates on savings account by 0.75 percent to 5.25 percent. The interest rate on regular, senior citizen, rural, semi-urban and urban savings accounts has been reduced from 6 per cent to 5.25 per cent with effect from December 15, 2021. Interest is paying 4.50 percent on balances below one lakh, one lakh to ten lakh, 5.00 percent on balance between ten lakh and one crore and 5.25 percent on balance between one crore to one hundred crore.

Savings account interest rates are as follows. These new rates have come into effect from December 15.

  • Up to one lakh – 4%
  • Above 1 lakh but less than Rs 10 lakh – 4.50%
  • Above 10 lakhs but less than Rs 1 crore – 5%
  • More than 1 crore but less than 100 crore – 5.25%

These will be the interest rates on FD..

  • 7 to 14 days – 3.25%
  • 15 to 45 days – 3.50%
  • 46 to 90 days – 4%
  • 3 to 6 months – 4.50%
  • 6 to 9 months – 5%
  • 9 months to 1 year – 5.25%
  • 1 to 3 years – 6%

These will be the interest rates on Senior Citizen FD.

  • 7 to 14 days – 3.75%
  • 15 to 45 days – 4%
  • 46 to 90 days – 4.50%
  • 3 to 6 months – 5%
  • 6 to 9 months – 5.50%
  • 9 months to 1 year – 5.75%
  • 1 to 3 years – 6.50%
