Benefits Axis Bank has announced the ComeAsYouAre Charter discussing policies and practices for employees and customers of the LGBTQIA+ community. Bank employees, people of any gender or marital status can add their partner for mediclaim benefit. At the same time, the employees of the bank can also wear clothes according to their gender or gender expression.


Benefit will be available from September 20
Axis Bank said that the gender preference of any employee or customer may be different from the gender assigned at the time of their birth. The bank is bringing this rule for its customers from September 20, 2021, for which customers can add Mx to their title.
