According to the rules, if the concerned bank is unable to credit the money back to the account within five days, then a fine of Rs 100 is imposed on that bank for every day of delay.





Keep these things in mind,
it should be kept in mind that whenever the transaction is not completed at the ATM, then in that case the notification of withdrawal should be checked immediately. Along with this, the information about the bank account balance should also be obtained immediately that the money has not been deducted from the account. If the money is deducted then you can wait for five days, if the deducted amount is still not coming then in such a situation you can contact the bank to complain about the failure of the transaction.

What to do if the money does not come within 30 days,
according to the rules of RBI, banks start the process of returning the money on their own. RBI says that customers can lodge a complaint with the bank with the card or ATM for quick resolution of the problem. . Although it is not necessary, but still if you want to complain then you can complain about it. If your money is not credited back to the account even after 30 days, then you can complain to the senior officer of the Grievance Redressal Department.
