8th pay commission Latest Update: Big update regarding 8th pay commission of employees, government is making this plan

The allowances of government employees are going to be doubled in Madhya Pradesh. In this matter, the committee constituted by the government on January 25 this year has prepared its report.

The report will be submitted to the government soon. According to sources, the committee has recommended doubling the allowances in the report. If the recommendation is accepted, the TA i.e. traveling allowance received by government employees will increase from Rs 48 to Rs 96.

There is also talk of giving vehicle allowance which has been stopped since 2013. Earlier the conveyance allowance was Rs 15, which will be increased to Rs 30. The sixth pay scale was implemented in the state from January 1, 2006, but now allowances are being given according to the rates fixed 17 years ago. After this, in 2016, the 7th pay scale was implemented. In this the salary was revised, but the allowances were not revised. That is why the state government had constituted the committee.

Now you get allowances like this

At present, if the employee has to go out of town for official work, then the TA rates are Rs.48 per day i.e. Rs.24 for going and Rs.24 for returning. Similarly, till 2013, Rs 15 was payable as conveyance allowance, which has been discontinued. Secretariat allowance is Rs.450 to the employees and Rs.1000 to the officers.
