Akasa Air New Hiring: Get ready! Akasa Air will recruit 1,000 employees, salary will also be good, know details

Akasa Air Hiring: Vinay Dubey, CEO of Akasa Air, told that the airlines is planning to recruit 1,000 employees in the coming times.


Akasa Air: Akasa Air, the airlines company of the late Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, a veteran investor of India, is now planning for large-scale recruitment (Akasa Air Hiring). Giving information, the company’s Chief Executive Officer Vinay Dubey said that Akasa Airlines is going to expand its fleet in a big way by March 2024. After the expansion of the airlines, the total employee strength of the company will increase to 3,000. It also includes 1,000 pilots and crew members.

It is worth noting that only 7 months have passed since the launch of Akasa Air. During this period, the airlines have captured more than 3 percent of the domestic market. The company has been planning on its expansion for a long time and is going to start international flights soon. At present, it has not been clarified for which countries international flights will be started, but these flights will start operating by the end of the year 2023 .

The company will order new planes

Along with this, Akasa Airlines has also made it clear that to accelerate its expansion plan, the company is also going to order large scale aircraft. At present, the airlines have not clarified how many aircraft they are going to order, but it will be a three-digit order. The company has already ordered 72 Boeing 737 Max planes, out of which 19 aircraft have also come into operation.

At the same time, in the new financial year i.e. FY 2023-24, 28 more planes will be added to the airlines’ fleet. At present, Akasa Air operates a total of 110 flights every day, which is planned to be increased to 150 flights by this summer season.

The CEO said this on the hiring process

Vinay Dubey (Akasa Air CEO Vinay Dubey) said that in order to recruit more and more, we have to pay special attention to training as well. Along with this, the recruitment of new employees will also depend on the delivery date of the new airlines. He said that we are not setting any new market goal for Akasa Air, nor do we want to become India’s largest airline.

We only want to keep our customers and employees happy. On the other hand, on International Operations, CEO Vinay Dubey said that currently talks are on with the Ministry of Civil Aviation regarding routes and traffic rules. Only after this we will be able to decide the destination of the airlines.
