UIDAI has already extended its deadline once. Earlier the date for updating Aadhaar for free was 14 September 2023 and now it has been extended for 3 more months.
Deadline extended in June
Now you can update your Aadhaar for free till 14th December. Let us tell you that first of all, UIDAI had earlier given time till June to the users, but then it was extended by 3 months to September and now once again it has been extended to December.

Upload documents in this way sitting at home –
- First of all you have to go to the official website https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/ .
- After this you have to login by entering the Aadhaar number and OTP received on your registered mobile number.
- Identity and address details have to be filled in your profile.
- Now the wrong details have to be corrected.
- Apart from this, if your details are correct then click on ‘I verify that the above details are correct’.
- Now you have to go to the drop-down menu and click on Identity Document.
- Now you have to upload the document.
- Select the address document you want to submit from the drop-down menu.
- You have to upload your address document.
- Submit your consent i.e. your documents will be uploaded.
No work can be done without Aadhaar
