It is believed that these postmen will come with a digital equipment i.e. a desktop or laptop so that they can make the necessary updates immediately.

Let us tell you that Doorstep Aadhaar Service will include services like linking phone number with Aadhaar card, changing picture or address, etc. While in the first phase of starting this service, the postmen will go to every nook and corner of the country, while in the second phase about 1.5 lakh postal officers will be trained.
