First of all you have to go to the official website https://uidai.gov.in/. After this you have to go to ‘Get Aadhaar’ here. Here you will get the option of Download Aadhaar.
Now you have to fill your aadhar number and captcha. After that click on ‘Send OTP’. Now an OTP will come on your registered mobile number, enter it and click on ‘Verify and download’.
After all your details are verified, then you have to go to your download folder, there you will get the PDF of Aadhar card. You will need a password for the PDF, to open it, click on the downloaded file and enter the password, which will be of eight characters.
After this your Aadhaar will be unlocked. You can either keep the e-Aadhaar card in the download folder or save it in your email for future use. Apart from this, if you face any problem in downloading or updating Aadhaar, then you can call on 1947 number. Here all the problems related to your Aadhaar will be removed.
